helpful staff convenient location useful amenities dirty bathroom limited options closed shop
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the seafront. my room included every amenity i needed. the balcony overlooked victor hugo boulevard.
the bathroom required more cleaning. there were hairs in the bath area. i also noticed water marks around the sink. it would have been nice to know about shops closing, before buying train tickets. breakfast had limited options.

the breakfast had a very kind team taking care of me. they offered amazing cakes. the location is perfect, close to many attractions.
my room was very small compared to the photos. the air-conditioning did not work. it felt a little overpriced for the accommodation.

the reception team was cute. they were also very professional and friendly, made the check-in process smooth. the hotel itself is amazing. it is beautifully maintained and very comfortable.
The hotel has a lot of paint marks on the carpet. I think it is a very slight thing to notice.

the location is perfect! it is very close to the beach, about a five-minute walk. i found great coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. the hotel is in a calm and civilized area.

The staff provided great advice about the local area. Stacy gave me excellent tips regarding good French cuisine. She was amazing from check-in to check-out (i appreciated that).
The breakfast offered a limited variety of options. As a vegetarian, i found the choices to be somewhat restrictive. I hoped for a wider selection.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room offered a wonderful balcony. Breakfast included high-quality options, though the selection was somewhat limited.
The bathroom was not perfectly clean. I noticed a few hairs around the bath area. I found dirty watermarks around the sink.
